The warranty procedure is to contact the retailer where you purchased the product. We have taken the designs of our most beautiful skis from the 50s and adapted them for our LEGEND 1956. With a light Karuba wood core and sporty feel thanks to carbon and Titanal inlays, this ski is perfect for playful all-mountain carving. The upper steel edge protects the elaborate construction and the classic design of the past.

Very limited in quantity and lovingly assembled by hand in our Hohenems, Austria factory, the LEGEND 1956 will impress any skier with its legendary design and the unmistakable Kästle performance.

Our Legendary Collection embodies the master class of ski manufacturing: 30 individual parts are lovingly hand-pressed in our workshop.

Our legacy in Hohenems, Austria isn’t the only thing that’s representative of times gone by. For the Legendary Collection, we have revived our most beautiful designs from the 1950s and 1960s. Of course, we also follow our long-standing principle of "form follows function“. As elegant as the skis shine, no one has to go without the usual Kästle performance.

HOLLOWTECH

The HOLLOWTECH is the major product innovation that Kästle is presenting to mark the brand‘s return in 2007. The patented core technology eliminates unnecessary layers in the tip to make the shovel lighter and the ski damper. The result is quicker response, smoother handling, maximum edge grip, more precise steering and, last but not least, reduced weight.

HOLLOWTECH 2.0

HOLLOWTECH 2.0 is the first adaption of the core technology. The size of each HOLLOWTECH is uniquely adapted to the shovel design of each ski.

HOLLOWTECH 3.0

The new, revolutionized HOLLOWTECH 3.0 has a two-tier construction: a new outer ring cuts out even more material and therefore even more weight. The size of the HOLLOWTECH is always precisely matched to the shovel of each particular model - for performance that's truly unbeatable.

HOLLOWTECH 3.0 CARBON

Thanks to a carbon layer in the shovel, the entire construction is even more stable and lighter. The Hollowtech 3.0 Carbon convinces with its strong damping properties and is used exclusively in the MX model line.

HOLLOWTECH RACE

Especially for our high-performance piste models and racing skis, we have further developed the Hollowtech 2.0. Even larger than before, it ensures greater stability, even at top speeds in the World Cup.

HOLLOWTECH EVO

For the first time, the reduction of material is being extended to the entire shovel area. The development goals are to save even more weight, increase performance and optimize the handling characteristics for each ski. HOLLOWTECH EVO is used in the all-mountain and touring models (as glowing HOLLOWTECH EVO LUMINOUS).
