ORDERING

You can order Kästle products from the online store. Online purchases made through our website will only be delivered by FedEx to the United States. You may also find Kästle products at select specialty retailers.

You may order from the Kästle online store if you have a customer account or as a guest without registration. A customer account enables you to store address details in the order process and see your previous orders.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or amended. However, you can return the item within 14 day of receipt.

BILLING

The invoice for your order will be sent by email along with the shipping confirmation and can be viewed in your customer account. Items cannot be sent by mail.

RETURNS

We hope you are completely happy with your Kästle products, but if you do need to return them, you have 14 days from the time of purchase to make a return. We do not cover the return shipping cost. Please note to receive a full refund, items must be in new condition, cannot be worn/used, all original tags must be attached to the product and product packaging must be in the same condition you received the product in. If these requirements are not met you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

REFUNDS

We will process your return as soon as it is received. We will send you an email when we have received your return. Refunds will be paid in the same way as the original payment method.

We can only refund/replace products within 14 days of purchase that are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all hang tags still attached. If these requirements are not met you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES) SHIPPING:

All orders are priced and charged in US dollars ($) and shipped via FedEx. Shipping costs are based on weight and type of service.

Most Ground Shipping orders will be delivered within 2 to 8 business days and will ship via Fedex based on the delivery address provided.

FedEx Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day Delivery:

Rates are calculated and presented at checkout based on location, weight, and size. In stock orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. (i.e. If you place your order on Monday before 12:00 p.m. MST your next day delivery will arrive Tuesday and 2-day delivery will arrive on Wednesday.) Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. MST will ship the next business day.
