Kästle Limited Warranty:

In order to further push the need for more practical long-term sustainability in our precious world, Kästle will repair or replace any product that legitimately fail due to a clear manufacture defect within 2 years of purchase. As a valued consumer and lover of the natural environments we play in we hope you use your judgment when assessing whether your gear is likely to be covered under our Warranty. We do not cover products that no longer work due to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use as designed. If after assessment, Kästle determines your gear has exceeded its reasonable lifetime and determines the returned product ineligible for warranty repair or replacement, we will contact you to discuss available options we may have for you. Product must be purchased from an authorized Kästle dealer and should be returned to us for evaluation. Kästle offers a repair service in addition to product replacement for damaged products. The Kästle Warranty policies vary globally.

The process

Please take the item to your Kästle dealer or send it to your online dealer. Please ensure you include your proof of purchase. This is required in order to prove your warranty entitlement. If you purchased your item abroad, please contact your Kästle retailer in your country. Don’t forget your proof of purchase!
