Warranty

Kästle USA Limited Warranty

Kästle USA Inc. ("Kästle," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind the craftsmanship of every product we build. This policy outlines the terms of our limited manufacturer's warranty, what is and is not covered, and how to file a claim.

Warranty Coverage

Kästle warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, when purchased from Kästle USA or an authorized Kästle dealer. This warranty period is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Proof of purchase establishing the original purchase date is required for all claims.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

   • Crashes, impacts, or accidents of any kind

   • Skier error, misuse, or improper use of the product

   • Neglect, lack of maintenance, or improper storage

   • Normal wear and tear (including base wear, edge wear, and topsheet scratches)

   • Improper mounting, adjustment, or servicing by an unauthorized technician

   • Alterations or modifications made to the product after purchase

   • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers

Kästle products are designed for their intended use and sport. Damage caused by conditions outside of normal, reasonable use is not considered a manufacturer's defect and is not covered under this policy.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email info.us@kaestle.com with the following:

   1. An email subject line that begins with "Warranty"

Claim Review and Decisions

All warranty claims are reviewed and evaluated by Kästle USA. Kästle USA has sole discretion in determining whether a product defect is covered under this warranty, and all decisions made by Kästle USA regarding warranty claims are final. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at Kästle USA's discretion; Kästle USA reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy for any approved claim, which may include repair, replacement, or partial credit, depending on product availability and the nature of the defect.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty applicable to Kästle products and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Kästle USA is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, lost time, or costs associated with a warranty claim.
